About the Role:

We’re hiring an Equipment Project Manager to lead the installation, commissioning, and operationalization of pharmaceutical waste handling systems (shredders, compactors, balers, conveyors). You’ll coordinate with GCs, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage installation/commissioning of waste equipment per pharma standards
  • Develop equipment SOPs and train end-users
  • Document waste flows and processes
  • Liaise with GCs, waste vendors, and cross-functional teams

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years’ experience in equipment project management
  • Pharma waste equipment expertise (shredders/compactors/etc.)
  • Strong coordination skills with GCs/vendors
  • Ability to create operational procedures
